- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues proactively.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in media workflow or system integration.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and media formats.
- Familiarity with video encoders, MAM, DAM, or OTT systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
